Decluttering Checklist

Step 1: Supplies

Kitchen

  • Donate pots, pans, or dish sets you rarely use.

Living Room

  • Donate old decor, books, and DVDs.
  • Keep minimal electronics and accessories.
Bedroom
  • Sort through clothing (use the one-year rule).
  • Donate old linens, pillows, and unused decor.
  • Keep only essential furniture.

Bathroom
  • Dispose of expired toiletries and medications (check local disposal rules).
  • Keep only daily-use items.
  • Donate or toss extra towels and supplies.
Garage/Storage
