Tania Tinsley Little is a successful real estate broker and professional home stager and designer. She runs two distinctly separate, yet complementary businesses under The Total Package brand: 1) a residential real estate business, and 2) a home staging and design business. As a real estate broker and REALTOR®, Tania helps clients throughout the Triangle with selling, buying, leasing and investing in real estate. She assists buyers with various types of transactions, including primary residences, investment properties and distressed properties, including short sales and foreclosures. For sellers, Tania stages their homes for FREE—her value-added incentive that gets her clients’ homes sold quickly and for top dollar. Tania uses her strong entrepreneurial and negotiation skills to help clients achieve successful real estate transactions, while providing exceptional customer service and ongoing engagement. Through her staging and design business, Tania helps homeowners, real estate agents and builders stage existing homes, vacant homes and new construction homes. Staging is the process of preparing any home for sale, regardless of price, location, condition or age of the property. Tania’s staging entices buyers to fall in love with her clients’ homes. Earlier in her career, Tania worked in management for retailers Macy’s/Bullock’s and DFS North America, handling operations and sales audit. Later, she started her very first business, a gift basket and event planning firm in Los Angeles. She also worked in health education and marketing for the American Red Cross and Little Company of Mary Hospital. Tania holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Pitzer College and is a licensed North Carolina real estate broker and accredited home stager.
